IT-jobmesse: Game Scope Job-Hub - Where IT companies and graduates meet
If your business is looking for new employees with ICT skills, you are not alone. Rather than waiting for the right candidates to find you, Curia and BrainsBusiness invite you to join this year’s Game Scope festival Job-Hub where you can meet an abundance of strong IT-minded individuals – giving you the chance to potential new employees face to face.
Sign up for the job-hub and come meet potential new employers face to face at the event in August.
If words such as programming, coding, development, 3D, UX and more gets your attention, then Game Scope is the place to be for you with your business, or as a job seeker.
Game Scope is part of Denmark’s largest games festival, Starcade, that attracts many professionals interested in or connected to the IT-industry - many of whom are young graduates looking for work. Our aim is to keep this talent within the North Denmark region by facilitating local recruitment. We hope that matches made at the Job-hub will help our local businesses to reach their goals and ambitions and continue their growth and innovative power.
On site at the job-hub and ready to assist anyone looking for counselling is event partner Curia. Curia is one of Denmark’s leading recruiting and headhunter companies within tech recruiting and is ready to guide both job-seekers and companies during the event. Curia holds a deep understanding of the Danish job market, and we will be happy to discuss career opportunities and job hunting strategies with the participating job-seekers. As a company, you are also welcome to drop by to discuss how to strategically attract new tech-resources to the business.
Sign up for the event using the link on the right. When signing up, please indicate your category:
As a business, you participate in the job-hub by being present and engaged in meeting IT-professionals. Be prepared to tell a bit about who you are and what you are looking for in new co-workers. What areas are you particularly interested in?
Before the event, you receive a list of registered participants, allowing you to form an idea of some of the people who are going to the event.
Business registration (Already exhibiting at Starcade):
If you are already part of the expo, we do not expect you to physically participate in the Job-hub. Instead, you will receive a “we are hiring!”-sign, inviting job-hunters to approach you and talk career at your booth at the expo. We will also make the job-seeker participants aware of your location outside of the job-hunt area.
If you have competencies within IT and are looking for your next career opportunity, then all you need to do is register and prepare to meet the businesses. You will receive of list of participating businesses prior to the event. Feel free to bring your CV, portfolio or similar - and don't forget to state your education and special competences/skills (e.g. programming languages, UX or similar) in the registration form.
Think speed dating, but without a program:
Each participating business has access to one tall café table and space for 1-2 roll-ups or similar. For special requests, bringing larger hardware etc. please contact coordinator Stine Lund at email@example.com
