Collaboration

Aalborg University is the leading university in Denmark in terms of the transfer of knowledge to industry. Our goal is to ensure that the knowledge generated by our researchers and students benefits society around us, and consequently, we make an effort to promote collaboration with industry – both national and international.

We offer companies the opportunity of collaborating with both researchers and students from all departments of the university, covering more than 70 different subject areas. A collaboration with Aalborg University can take many shapes – from single analysis or consultancy jobs over semester projects to extensive research projects or Industrial PhD projects. The various forms of collaboration are adapted to each individual industrial collaborator, giving them custom-made solutions fitting their needs and wishes, e.g. in terms of subject matter, duration and budget.
